Role Overview

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and visitors, playing a key role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. From managing inquiries to supporting daily front-desk operations, you’ll help uphold the premium service standards FitClub is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a smile
• Handle member queries, concerns, and feedback across phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate appointments, trials, and class schedules with internal teams
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist with administrative and front-desk duties, including CRM updates and reporting
• Support promotional activities, walk-ins, and in-club campaigns when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Polished communication skills and a service-first attitude
• Professional appearance and confident body language
• Previous experience in front-desk, customer service, or hospitality roles (aviation background is a plus)
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Excel, emails, and CRM systems
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented personality
