Sales Manager - FITCLUB

As a Senior Sales Executive at FitClub located in Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, you will be integral in driving membership sales and cultivating lasting relationships with our valued members. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales Manager to implement effective sales strategies, provide guidance to junior sales staff, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients and converting leads to increase membership sales, conducting informative gym tours to showcase FitClub's top-notch equipment, services, and programs to prospective members, fostering strong relationships with existing members to promote renewals and referrals, and guiding junior sales staff towards achieving their sales targets. You will also work in tandem with the Sales Manager to devise and execute strategies that align with sales objectives, monitor sales performance, and prepare reports for management evaluation. Your role will extend to ensuring a seamless customer experience by collaborating with the fitness and customer service teams and staying abreast of market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies accordingly. To excel in this role, you should possess demonstrated sales experience, particularly within the fitness or wellness sector, exhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to inspire and lead a sales team, showcase a results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities and adeptness at multitasking, and display familiarity with fitness center operations and membership sales procedures.
