Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Semi-Qualified CA/ Senior Accountant to manage and maintain our financial records with precision and efficiency. As part of our growing finance team, you will ensure accurate accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards. Your insights will play a crucial role in guiding financial decision-making at 7 Labs Vision. Key Responsibilities Maintain and finalize accounts in compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations (bank, creditors, debtors, GST, etc.). File and manage statutory returns including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax within due dates. Assist in internal and statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors and consultants. Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable; ensure timely collections and payments. Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain related documentation. Assist in financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and variance analysis. Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights for management decision-making. Stay updated with changes in taxation, accounting, and compliance regulations. Support the implementation of internal controls, process improvements, and automation in accounting systems.
