Experience: 1-2 years

➢ Key Responsibilities:

• Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances, including return filings and assessments.

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgeting & forecasting to support decision-making. 

• Audit Support: Participate in internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Transaction Advisory: Work on financial structuring, due diligence, and valuation for startups and SMEs.

• Startup Compliance & Advisory: Guide startups on funding strategies, ESOP structuring, ROC filings, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with government departments, auditors, and tax authorities for compliance and regulatory matters.

➢ Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified CA

• Semi-qualified CA (Inter) with completed articleship

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing standards

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and several accounting software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Passionate about finance, startups, and compliance
