Job Description

We are seeking a performance-driven Google AdWords Advertiser / PPC Specialist to create, manage, and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across Google Ads and other PPC platforms. You will be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution—from keyword research and audience targeting to bid optimization and performance analysis—aimed at achieving measurable business goals.Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Call-Only, and Performance Max.

·      Write high-converting ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create engaging visual assets.

·      Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).

·      Implement and refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and audience segmentation.

A/B and multivariate tests

·      Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and conversion pixels.

·      Generate insightful reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Looker Studio (Data Studio).

·      Stay up-to-date with Google Ads algorithm changes, new features, and industry trends to implement innovative campaign strategies.

·      Collaborate closely with the SEO, content, design, and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and cohesive customer journeys.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign tracking, ad disapprovals, or conversion discrepancies.


Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience

·      Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.

·      Experience with PPC automation tools, scripts, and budget pacing tools.

·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.

·      Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Ability to craft compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversions.

Google Ads Certification

Agency experience will be a plus.

Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads

eCommerce advertising

Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)

Remarketing
