• Conduct

• Perform

  (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals)
• Manage

  local SEO

  (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, reviews)
• Plan and guide

  content SEO

  in coordination with content and social media teams
• Build and manage

  ethical backlink strategies

• Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Monitor algorithm updates and adapt strategies accordingly
• Work closely with developers for SEO-friendly website implementations
• Prepare

  monthly performance reports

  with insights and recommendations

• 1–4 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of

  Google ranking factors and search algorithms

• Experience with

  hospitality, real estate, local businesses, or service industries

  (preferred)
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA)
• Knowledge of HTML, website CMS (WordPress/Next.js basics is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Clear communication and reporting skills
