#WeAreHiring For #DigitalMarketingExecutive π Location: Gurugram π Type: Full-time ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to join our fast-growing team at Rudra Shield. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup culture, understands local market dynamics, and can build strong digital visibility across Gurgaon and NCR. π― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: β Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research aligned with our services and location Optimize website content, metadata, and structure (on-page SEO) Perform regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO listings Build and manage backlink outreach campaigns Track rankings, crawl performance, and traffic growth via GSC & GA β Digital Marketing: Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Create targeted campaigns for B2B and B2C segments Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and CRM integrations Monitor and optimize CPC, CPL, and conversion rates Develop email marketing campaigns (via HubSpot) Generate monthly performance reports and insights β Social Media Content Creation & Marketing: Develop creative content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Create graphics and text for posts that align with branding and marketing goals Manage social media calendars and schedules Analyze engagement and optimize campaigns for better reach and interaction Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly β Other Responsibilities: Coordinate with content writers or designers if needed Suggest strategies to improve digital user journeys and CTAs Stay updated with digital trends and algorithm changes π§ REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATION: β 13 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing β Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Uber suggest, and Rank Math or Yoast β Strong understanding of keyword targeting, campaign funnels, and reporting β Experience with HubSpot CRM for lead management and email marketing β Strong social media content creation skills (copywriting, design, planning) β Familiarity with WordPress basics (editing content, publishing posts) β Excellent analytical and communication skills π‘ Bonus (Nice to Have): Experience in the security, B2B services, or real estate industry HubSpot or other CRM experience Ability to write or review SEO-friendly content π Why Join #RudraShield?
