Your role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Scrum Master / Project Manager
with a strong background in IT software project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Lead Agile teams in delivering software projects using Scrum methodology.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage engineering development projects and ensure timely sprint releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and analyze business requirements and project timelines.
- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain team data and metrics in project management tools like JIRA to support planning and execution.
- Track overall project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Guide and coach Scrum teams on Agile practices and principles.
- Foster a high-performing team environment through coaching and development.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
- Promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to resolve team-level impediments and improve Scrum adoption across the organization.
- Maintain project artifacts and generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
Your profile
- Minimum 7+ years of IT software project management experience.
- At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and SDLC.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to drive project planning and execution beyond task management.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) preferred.
