We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile practices, foster collaboration, and ensure smooth delivery of software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, excellent facilitation skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective delivery through Agile best practices and principles.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Manage sprint progress and delivery including backlog refinement, sprint tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure clear definition and prioritization of backlog items.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery timelines.
• Track key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive data-based discussions and improvements.
• Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
• Support cross-team coordination and dependency management across projects.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–6 years of total experience with at least 1–2 years in a Scrum Master role.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
