Role Summary

School Relationship Manager

This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement, and driving repeat participation in the Education solutions.



Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into the Edxso Initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization.
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience

    in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
  • Mandatory:

    Established network of

    50–60 schools

    with strong professional relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.


Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience with EdTech programs, or assessment solutions.
  • Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
  • Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.


Key performance Indicators

  • Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
  • School retention and repeat participation rate.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
  • Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual CTC:

    ₹6,00,000 – ₹7,00,000
  • Incentives:

    Performance-linked, based on school onboarding, retention, and satisfaction.
