Position: Schools Relationship Manager Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Who are we looking for? We are actively looking to expand our offline presence in more schools and are seeking someone who is constantly curious, has a growth and learning mindset, and can build and maintain strong relationships with schools we’ve partnered with. We are looking for someone who demonstrates high ownership, is willing to work and deliver under pressure, is open to learning and understanding our work deeply, while also bringing in fresh perspectives. The role involves traveling across the city and occasionally to other cities where we have active engagements. Your contribution? This role is critical to delivering the overall revenue goals of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads generated through both online and offline sources. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Creating leads for different verticals of business in Bangalore and other cities. Creating and customizing proposals as per the program opted by the organization. Following-up and facilitating meetings individually or with the co-founders when necessary; Setting up demonstration sessions, builds rapport and ensuring closure of deals; Managing accounts and maintaining good working relationships with the organizations; Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth execution of programs in schools Representing the company in industry events; Exploring of partnerships with different stakeholders while having awareness of services/products in the market. Who is this role ideal for? Has strong relationships with partner schools pan India. Self-starter: ability to work with minimum supervision and you have a strong hustling mind-set. Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals and achieve sales quotas Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-calling planning, call control, account development, and time management. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with the schools we have collaborated with. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent listening skills and written communication skills. Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm High level of integrity and work ethic. Comfortable with Excel and CRM tools What’s QShala?
