The ideal candidate should already maintain an active network of 50–60 schools (principals, coordinators, and management representatives) and have a proven track record of building and sustaining long-term institutional relationships. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement, and driving repeat participation in the Education solutions. Responsibilities Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into the Edxso Initiatives. Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers. Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation, registration, and payment realization. Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction. Monitor school participation, track engagement levels, and gather feedback. Conduct orientation sessions, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement. Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting. Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields. 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management, educational sales, or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector. Mandatory: Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships. Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications. Preferred Attributes Prior experience with EdTech programs, or assessment solutions. Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network. Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency. Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
