Social Media Specialist Intern

EDXSO is a fast-growing consultancy transforming K–12 schools through strategic planning, innovation, and execution. We are building a strong digital presence and seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive brand growth through creative content, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

• Job Title - Social Media Specialist

• Location: Nehru enclave

• Work Mode: Hybrid

• Duration: 6 Months Internship → PPO Opportunity

• Stipend: ₹10,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Discord.
• Monitor trending hashtags, topics & online conversations; creatively integrate them into campaigns.
• Design and edit graphics, reels, podcasts, and video content for brand promotion.
• Collaborate with small/micro-influencers and build partnerships for visibility.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics & reporting tools.
• Work with internal teams & external consultants to publicize events and campaigns.
• Ensure brand guidelines & best practices are consistently followed across platforms.
• Encourage audience participation and identify opportunities to influence public perception.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends & engagement strategies.
• Skills in graphic design & video editing tools.
• Creative, proactive, and excellent at communication.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and performance analytics.
• Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic online discussions.
