Job Title: SAP RE-FX Consultant / Senior Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP solutions for real estate and contract-based businesses. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, exceptional client-facing skills, and a solid understanding of real estate business processes. The consultant will be responsible for leading and participating in full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementation projects, from blueprinting and design to go-live and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Business Analysis:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trustbased relationships.
• Lead and facilitate business blueprinting and design workshops to gather and analyze client requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between business needs and standard SAP functionalities.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP RE-FX.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on optimizing real estate and contract management processes within SAP.
• SAP Implementation & Configuration: o Perform hands-on configuration of the SAP RE-FX module to meet business requirements, including:
• Master Data (Business Partner, Architectural Objects, Rental Objects, etc.) ▪ Contract and Lease Management (Lease-in, Lease-out)
• Condition Types, Flow Types, and posting parameters.
• Sales-based rent, turnover rent, and other complex rental agreements.
• Understand service charge settlement and periodic postings.
• Understand lease accounting in accordance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards. o Design and document functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF - Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Work closely with ABAP developers to ensure custom developments align with functional requirements and business processes. o Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP using tools such as LSMW & LTMC.
• Integration & Technical Skills: o Possess a strong understanding of SAP RE-FX integration points with other SAP modules, particularly SAP Finance (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), and Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective data exchange processes between SAP and non-SAP systems. o Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Testing, Training & Support: o Develop and execute test scripts for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and prepare comprehensive training materials and user manuals. o Provide post-go-live support, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Handle incident management and service requests, ensuring tickets are resolved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation projects. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX configurations, functionalities, and integration points. • Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate business processes, including lease administration, property management, and financial accounting.
• Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile or ASAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification in ReFX or other related modules
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction, Civil Engineering etc.).
• MBA Finance or qualified CA
• Real estate Industry Experience
