Role Overview: At Quess IT Staffing, we are looking for a highly skilled SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in full-cycle SAP RE-FX implementation projects. Your role will involve client engagement, business analysis, SAP implementation, configuration, integration, technical skills, testing, training, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management and a proven track record of successfully implementing SAP solutions for real estate and contract-based businesses. Key Responsibilities: - **Client Engagement & Business Analysis:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on trust. - Lead business blueprinting and design workshops to gather and analyze client requirements. - Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between business needs and standard SAP functionalities. - Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for SAP RE-FX. - Provide expert guidance on optimizing real estate and contract management processes within SAP. - **SAP Implementation & Configuration:** - Perform hands-on configuration of the SAP RE-FX module to meet business requirements. - Design and document functional specifications for custom developments. - Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP. - Collaborate with ABAP developers to ensure custom developments align with functional requirements. - **Integration & Technical Skills:** - Understand SAP RE-FX integration points with other SAP modules. - Design and implement effective data exchange processes between SAP and non-SAP systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues. - **Testing, Training & Support:** - Develop and execute test scripts for various testing phases. - Provide end-user training and prepare comprehensive training materials. - Provide post-go-live support and handle incident management and service requests. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX, with at least 1 full-cycle implementation projects. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Management is highly desirable. - Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of real estate business processes. - Familiarity with project methodologies such as Agile or ASAP. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
