Job Summary: We are seeking an Expert SAP MM (Materials Management) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP MM configuration, procurement processes, inventory management, and integration with other SAP modules. This role requires deep expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM Implementation & Support:

• Work with batch jobs error rectification
• Work with IDOCS
• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor evaluation.
• Support SAP ECC, S/4HANA migration and SAP MM system upgrades.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization:

• Analyze business needs and propose SAP MM solutions to optimize procurement and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enhance automatic account determination, pricing procedures, and inventory valuation.

Configuration & Integration:

• Configure material master data, purchasing documents, inventory management, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), and valuation.
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP MM with FI (Financial Accounting), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning) modules.
• Work with ABAP developers to enhance custom reports, user exits, and workflows.

Inventory & Warehouse Management:

• Manage stock transfers, consignment processes, subcontracting, and vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
• Implement batch management, split valuation, and serialization as required.
• Ensure cycle counting and physical inventory processes align with business needs.

Support, Training & Documentation:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP MM-related incidents and troubleshooting.
• Conduct user training sessions and create functional specifications, process documentation, and test scripts.
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system performance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA (preferred).

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management (IM).
• Deep understanding of pricing procedures, release strategies, automatic account determination, and MRP.
• Experience with integration of SAP MM with SAP FI, SD, PP, and WM.
• Hands-on experience in LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), IDocs, and batch job processing.
• Knowledge of ABAP debugging (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or a related field. SAP MM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP Ariba, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), and third-party procurement tools.
• Knowledge of SAP WM (Warehouse Management) or EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Familiarity with GST, VAT, and tax procedures in SAP MM.
