Key Responsibilities
- Lead/Support end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to define consolidation processes (legal consolidation, management consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, currency translation, equity consolidation, and eliminations).
- Configure SAP Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC) and integration with SAP Central Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP BTP services where applicable.
- Work with stakeholders to design chart of accounts mapping, reporting structures, and consolidation hierarchies.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation between local ledgers and group reporting.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to finance business users on Fiori apps for Group Reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP standards in reporting and consolidations.
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities by troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, roadmap, and innovations in Group Reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) or Consolidation experience, with at least 2+ years in SAP Group Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of consolidation processes: intercompany eliminations, equity method, minority interest, currency translation.
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting configuration and reporting tools (Fiori, SAC, Analysis for Office).
- Familiarity with integration to SAP S/4HANA Universal Journal (ACDOCA, ACDOCU).
- Understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and group reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience in data collection and mapping from multiple entities/systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
