Job Summary We are seeking an SAP Order-To-Cash Functional Lead for our Information Technology department. As an SAP OTC Functional Lead, you will work with all businesses to enhance and improve the use and processes of the global SAP ERP system. This will involve working on projects for Mergers and Acquisitions, Digitization, and other business-driven projects. Identify product needs, pinpoint CRL’s primary objectives, challenge, analyze, recommend, and implement SAP solutions. Plan, assign, and collaborate on the work of implementation/feature teams. Establish standardized procedures, guidelines, and processes for Change, Test, Release, and Deploy. Note: It’s a fully remote home-based role for professionally qualified and experienced candidates based in India, who are willing and open to work UK shifts. The following are duties and responsibilities related to the SAP OTC Functional Lead role. Define and analyze business requirements from management for (Order-To-Cash) OTC functional area(s). Develop and recommend process changes and identify SAP solutions to meet the business needs. Identify system configuration changes required and document via a configuration rationale document. Manage the development of functional specifications. Manage the development of test scripts for all testing phases. Lead function-specific testing efforts to ensure that the configured solution works as designed to support the business and generate accurate financial information. Lead process design activities with power users to improve operational excellence and lower the cost of operations. Manage multiple priorities and ensure test activities are well-coordinated across teams in a fast-paced environment. Develop, document, maintain, and evaluate test plans, test cases, test data and associated test scripts. Ensure compliance with pertinent CRL guidelines, industry standards, regulations, and best practices in testing. Manage test teams, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with project goals. Execute testing. The following are minimum requirements related to the SAP OTC Functional Lead position: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or related discipline. Extensive experience within the SAP Sales and Distribution, Billing, Credit & Collections, and Accounts Receivables modules. Extensive SAP implementation experience across the Order to Cash tool suite. Integration experience with non-SAP applications via leading middleware applications is a must-have. Examples of middleware applications are Biztalk, SAP PO/PI or SAP CPI, MuleSoft. Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 HANA is a must have. Minimum 5 – 10 major Global SAP implementations is a must. Willingness to work flex hours to accommodate the timings of geographically dispersed global teams. Must have willingness to continuously cross train across other SAP modules and areas. Must have ability to debug through ABAP code, Smart Forms, Fiori Apps for Root cause Analysis. Must have ability to collaborate with the SAP Development team to drive RICEFW developments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences, succinctly convey ideas to senior leadership and a broad range of stakeholders. The salary for this position will be dependent on skills and experience.
