Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in MM, PP, PPDS, and EWM to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will design, configure, and support integrated SAP solutions for end-to-end material planning, production execution, supply chain visibility, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver SAP solutions across MM, PP, PPDS, and EWM functions.

Configure and support:

MM: Procurement, inventory management, scheduling agreements, source lists, consignment

PP: BOM, routing, shop floor execution, MRP, capacity planning

PPDS: Finite scheduling, sequence optimization, resource leveling

EWM: Inbound/outbound, storage control, labor management, RF transactions

Conduct business process design workshops with planning, production, logistics & procurement teams.

Translate JIT/JIS and complex automotive planning scenarios into efficient SAP processes.

Integrate SAP PP/PPDS with MES, automation, and quality systems.

Support real-time ATP, forecasting, and production scheduling solutions.

Prepare detailed documentation: blueprints, functional specs, test cases, user guides.

Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

Ensure SAP master data integrity (materials, BOMs, work centers, vendors).

Stay updated on S/4HANA digital supply chain and embedded PPDS enhancements.

Required Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP functional experience with minimum 2+ years in PPDS.
• Strong configuration experience in MRP, finite scheduling, production orders, backflush, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Experience in automotive production (JIT/JIS, sequencing, lean systems).
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MES, APS, QMS, etc.
• Experience in large-scale SAP rollouts or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
