SAP Functional Lead

• Provide functional and operational support across

  SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud modules

  (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM, and EWM).
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with the

  implementation partner

  for change requests, testing, and deployment.
• Manage

  master data consistency

  , validation, and coordination across modules.
• Support

  period-end activities

  , MRP runs, and ensure smooth business process continuity.
• Drive

  automation initiatives and continuous improvement

  in SAP processes.
• Prepare

  functional documentation

  , test scripts, and training materials for end users.
• Coordinate between business users, IT team, and consultants for issue resolution and system enhancements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of total experience

  , with at least

  3+ years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

  (implementation or support).
• Strong functional knowledge in at least two of the following:

  MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, or EWM

  .
• Exposure to

  manufacturing industry processes

  , preferably

  textiles, garments, or apparel production

  .
• Proven ability to analyze cross-module dependencies and provide end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in

  UAT coordination, issue tracking, and change request management

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Fiori apps, CBC configuration understanding, and master data uploads

  .
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• SAP certification (Functional or Cloud Implementation) is an added advantage.
