SAP Functional Lead

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst at Dolby, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing applications used for Sales Operations and core cinema operation business group. Your role will involve creating and managing functional deliverables of the software development life cycle, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders, and possessing analytical and problem-solving skills to gather requirements and design efficient solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary point of contact for Order to Cash, Demand to Supply, and Services business stakeholders, prioritizing projects, enhancements, and issues related to SAP and other applications - Help shape and implement strategic roadmaps for business systems - Facilitate business process review meetings and refine processes for maximum efficiency - Create high-level functional designs and communicate them to technical development teams - Document and execute system, performance, and user-acceptance test plans - Coordinate with onsite and offshore development teams for project execution - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consensus and alignment on proposed changes - Manage minor projects involving system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements - Mentor a Business Systems Specialist employee **Qualifications:** - BS/BA degree in Information Systems or Business-related field - Minimum 8 years experience working on SAP OTC, DTS, Services support and implementations - Understanding of application integration concepts and information flow between applications - Knowledge on 3rd party warehouse management and integrations - Experience with SaaS applications like Salesforce is desirable - Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to stakeholders At Dolby, you will be part of a team that continues to revolutionize how people create, deliver, and enjoy entertainment worldwide.
