We are looking for - SAP Functional lead – (MM (procurement), Open Text, VIM, Ariba, Fieldglass)

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Kolkata/Ahmedabad

Role Overview-:

The SAP Procurement and Ariba Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing procurement processes using SAP MM (Materials Management), FieldGlass and SAP Ariba solutions. This role involves leading projects, integrating procurement with finance and supply chain, and ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement policies.

Required Technical Skill Set

• Expertise in SAP MM module with hands-on configuration experience
• Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Expertise with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Materials Management
• Knowledge of workflows, release strategies, and vendor management
• Hands on knowledge in Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, SOW Management.
• Expertise in FieldGlass Workflow configuration and approval processes.
• Expertise in FieldGlass Rate structure and compliance rule setup.
• Integration knowledge with SAP ERP integration (S/4HANA, ECC)
• SAP Ariba hands on knowledge (modules: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management.)
• Knowledge on SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and OpenText Integration

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) -:

• Configuration Knowledge of SAP MM including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification
• Knowledge on Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, SOW Management.
• FieldGlass Workflow configuration and approval processes.
• FieldGlass Rate structure and compliance rule setup
• Experience integrating SAP MM with SAP Ariba Cloud solutions
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement simplifications and Fiori apps
• Manage vendor master data and procurement analytics
• Ariba Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle Management.
• Ariba Network integration for supplier collaboration.
• Knowledge of Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Ariba Guided Buying

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Lead end-to-end SAP MM , FieldGlass and Ariba implementations and upgrades.
• Configure and troubleshoot procurement processes in SAP S4/HANA, FieldGlass and Ariba
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
• Support procurement process automation and Functional enhancements
• Document configurations, issue resolutions, and process workflows
• Configure Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, SOW Management.
• Develop workflows, approval processes, and templates for job postings and work orders.
• Assist in impact assessment, testing and deploying SAP MM, FieldGlass and Ariba upgrades and patches
• Implement enhancements in Ariba modules: Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management. Design workflows for Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Invoice Processing.
• Manage interfaces for supplier data, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Ensure accurate data mapping and reconciliation between systems.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support and knowledge sharing
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, import/export compliance, and company policies.
• Work closely with end Business users to understand requirements and deliver solutions relevant for their needs
• Participate in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements
• Continuously keep up to date with new SAP technology offering in Procurement space and conduct PoCs and Demonstrate use cases to deliver value
