JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: SAP Lead (MM + EWM) Experience: 5+ Years Work Model: Work from Office – BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore Role Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, specializing in Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will also have integration experience with Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. This is a leadership role involving solution design, process optimization, team guidance, and ensuring smooth support operations. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive successful implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert-level support and configuration in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, with a primary focus on MM and EWM modules. • Ensure seamless integration with PP and QM modules, aligning solutions with business processes. • Lead and mentor a team of SAP functional consultants across modules to ensure high-quality delivery. • Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and sustainable SAP solutions. • Manage and resolve complex SAP functional issues and escalations in collaboration with stakeholders. • Drive end-to-end delivery for SAP projects including rollouts, implementations, migrations, and enhancements. • Oversee functional support lifecycle including incident management, change control, and root cause analysis. • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related functional escalations and stakeholder communication. • Implement best practices, ITIL frameworks, and structured problem-solving methodologies. • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP landscape. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams to ensure business continuity. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (master’s preferred). • 5+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience, with mandatory expertise in MM and EWM, plus integration experience with PP and QM. • Proven experience working with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (implementation or support). • Strong understanding of module integration, business process design, and best practices. • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience handling escalations and delivering successful project outcomes. • SAP certifications in MM, EWM, and S/4HANA Public Cloud are a strong advantage. • Experience managing SAP rollouts, upgrades, and transformation projects. • Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, role design, and access control • Hands-on experience in user administration, role provisioning, and authorization troubleshooting • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control, including SoD analysis and risk remediation • Knowledge of Firefighter / Emergency Access Management (EAM) processes • Support for internal and external audits related to SAP security and compliance • Ability to collaborate with functional teams to ensure compliant and secure access management How to Apply: • Send your resume to sridevi.k@hexad.in with the subject line SAP Lead opportunity with Hexad.
