Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Salesforce QA Engineer
to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and third-party applications, while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Validate custom objects, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational standards.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide support during deployment.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to automation strategy where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ Years of experience and 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including configuration and customization.
- Experience with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG) and defect tracking systems.
- Familiarity with API testing and data validation in Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or QA certification.
- Experience with automation frameworks for Salesforce testing.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
