Salesforce QA

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Java. Maintain existing scripts and automate new features and platforms using existing Gartner automation framework.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline to enable/maintain continuous integration.
• Develop reusable and modular components that can be utilized across multiple test scripts.
• Able to identify the test scenarios for automation feasibility and test data preparation to be consumed by scripts.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Able to perform code reviews for automated test scripts to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Work in a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications.
• Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.
• Work with technical leaders, architects, and team to understand new product requirements.
• Check consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
• Technical competencies : Proficiency in Java programming language.
• Proven understanding of OOPS concepts and excellent coding skills, with Selenium 3 or 4. Fluent in Page Object Model (POM) design pattern or other development approach like BDD(cucumber).
• Database queries (DML and DQL) and SOQL Worked on TestNG, Maven, Extent report, Jenkins.
• Must have worked in scrum development environment having knowledge of JIRA Must have worked on GIT/BITBUCKET Knowledge of Postman and Rest Assured is preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce Platform is must Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
