Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures.
Ensure adequate test coverage in alignment with project requirements.
Perform
regression testing, functionality testing, and compatibility testing
across multiple browsers and enterprise-level Windows platforms.
Execute test cases, track and monitor defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Translate structured and unstructured business requirements into effective test cases.
Report defects and failed tests into defect management systems (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Application Engineers, IT Managers, and Business Analysts.
Work with automation tools such as
UFT/Selenium
for test execution.
Participate actively in
Agile/Scrum development processes
.
Stay updated with emerging QA methodologies and technologies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:-

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems
, or equivalent experience.
2–4 years
of experience as a QA/Tester, with hands-on exposure to multi-platform and multi-browser testing.
Strong understanding of
test case design principles
and the
defect lifecycle
.
Minimum
5+ years of QA experience on Salesforce platforms
, with
mandatory Service Cloud experience
.
In-depth knowledge of
Salesforce Administration and Architecture
.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce UI testing, navigation, reports, layouts, and customizations.
Knowledge of Salesforce
Standard and Custom Objects and Tabs
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining strong teamwork and problem-solving focus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):-

Knowledge of SQL.
Experience in
security testing
of web applications.
Familiarity with
performance testing
methodologies.
Hands-on experience in debugging, maintaining, and writing
UFT scripts

Understanding of
web-based architectures
