Job Description

We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team immediately! This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and more.

Recruitment Support

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Draft and post job openings on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Employee Engagement

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to enhance workplace culture.

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and guidelines.
Oversee new hire onboarding and exit formalities.

Payroll Support (if Applicable)

Track attendance and leave records.
Assist in collecting and compiling data for payroll processing.

General Administrative Support

Organize and maintain HR files, documents, and reports.
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

HR Management and HR Operations skills.
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies.
Strong Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the social impact sector is a plus.
