Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR activities, including the development and implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and personnel management. Daily tasks will also involve supporting HR management and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end

    recruitment processes

    : sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the

    onboarding process

    for new hires and interns, including documentation and induction.
  • Help maintain and update

    employee records

    and HR databases.
  • Coordinate

    employee engagement activities

    and support HR events.
  • Draft and format HR letters, reports, and other documentation.
  • Assist with

    HR policy implementation

    and compliance-related activities.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and suggest improvements.
  • Provide general support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment.
