Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
Develop, configure, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and performance optimization.
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Use SQL and AMPscript for data manipulation, dynamic personalization, and campaign optimization.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud applications and integrations.
Stay current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, updates, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.
Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and related programming languages.
Experience with data management, integrations, and campaign analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Familiarity with email marketing strategies and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
Experience with Salesforce CRM and related ecosystem tools.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template development.
