About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at VOIS. This role involves hands-on development, configuration, and support of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud. The individual will be responsible for implementing technical designs, resolving support requests, and contributing to agile delivery cycles. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and hold relevant certifications.
What You Will Do
- Analyse user stories and derive technical requirements and tasks
- Develop and unit test Salesforce functionalities using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, VF Pages, and Triggers
- Support bug fixing and issue resolution within defined timelines
- Provide regular status updates to managers and stakeholders
- Implement configuration changes and maintain existing features
- Contribute to knowledge management and documentation
- Collaborate effectively within agile teams
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT preferred) or Master of Computer Applications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, VF Pages, Triggers, Flows, and Integrations
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Application Architect concepts
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred)
- Strong understanding of SFDC lifecycle and agile methodologies
- A collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset
