Salesforce Developer

As a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in large-scale Salesforce implementations by designing and developing custom solutions that go beyond out-of-the-box features. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Making architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Build custom applications and components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. - Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. - Act as a technical lead across large-scale Salesforce implementation projects. - Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides. - Mentor junior developers and assist team members with problem-solving. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification required. - Proven ability to lead technical discussions and work independently on complex problems. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC). - Strong experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. - Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model. - Strong knowledge of custom report and dashboard development. - Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and AngularJS. - Strong skills in designing and implementing API-based integrations. - Experience with full application life cycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is a plus.
