Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Translate complex business needs into robust and efficient technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Make architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

2. Custom Development

• Build custom applications and components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard capabilities through innovative custom code and tools.

3. Integration Expertise

• Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Build and maintain custom connectors and ensure secure, performant integrations.

4. Project & Implementation Leadership

• Act as a technical lead across large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional leads, testers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT efforts.

5. Technical Documentation & Best Practices

• Produce comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Promote best practices in coding, development standards, and reusable design patterns.

6. Mentorship & Team Support

• Mentor junior developers and assist team members with problem-solving and technical validations.
• Share knowledge and promote continuous learning across the team.
  

7. Salesforce DevOps (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Experience with source control, versioning, automated deployments, and sandbox management.
  

8. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience

  , including complex project involvement.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification – Required

• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and work independently on complex problems.
