Support configuration tasks such as creating objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules. Participate in unit testing, bug fixing, and deployment of Salesforce components. Work closely with senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Maintain documentation for development work and contribute to knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues in collaboration with the support team. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration. Basic knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce data model. Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Understanding of SOQL, Flows, and basic Salesforce automation tools. Strong eagerness to learn, adapt, and follow Salesforce best practices. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
