We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Domestic IT Staffing

Location: Delhi

Work Mode : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, and other tools


Drive new client acquisition (C2H & C2C models)

Own end-to-end sales: pitching, negotiation, and closures

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction


Requirements

2–4 years in domestic IT staffing sales

Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and revenue ownership

Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and CRMs
