Professional Summary:

Senior Salesforce Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute

  manual QA testing

  for Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud implementations across multiple environments (QA, UAT, Production).
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases for

  CPQ workflows

  including product configurations, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote generation, and approvals.
• Perform

  end-to-end functional testing

  for key Sales Cloud objects: Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Products, Quotes, Contracts, Orders.
• Validate

  CPQ components

  such as:
• Product Rules (Selection, Validation, Alert)
• Price Rules (Dynamic Pricing, Lookup Queries)
• Quote Templates and Custom Approvals
• Conduct

  regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  across Salesforce releases and CPQ deployments.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using

  Jira

  or similar ALM tools, and collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Admins for resolutions.
• Review CPQ configuration changes and perform impact analysis on the QA scope.
• Support data validation, test data preparation, and system integration testing with 3rd-party tools (ERP/Billing/CRM integrations).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience in QA and testing.
• 5+ years of

  hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ implementation and testing

  .
• 5+ years of experience testing

  Salesforce Sales Cloud

  (Leads, Opportunities, Products, Quotes, Accounts).
• Strong understanding of CPQ process: Configure → Price → Quote → Contract → Order.
• Deep knowledge of

  manual testing methodologies

  , test case design, test strategy, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with tools:

  JIRA, TestRail

  , Excel/Sheets for test case management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and hands-on use of

  SOQL

  ,

  Data Loader

  , or

  Workbench

  .
• Exposure to

  Apex triggers, flows, and validation rules

  (for QA impact analysis).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Administrator – Nice to have
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar) is a plus
• Experience working with global teams and clients
