Salesforce CPQ QA

• 
  Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce CPQ modules including product configuration, pricing, discounting, and quote generation.

• 
  Validate Salesforce CPQ functionalities such as price rules, product rules, quote templates, approvals, and renewals.

• 
  Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test scenarios.

• 
  Conduct data validation and ensure consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.

• 
  Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Administrators to identify and resolve issues.

• 
  Document defects, track them through resolution, and perform re-testing as needed.

• 
  Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and release readiness reviews in Agile environments.

• 
  Maintain test documentation and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 
  3–6 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with at least 2 years in Salesforce CPQ testing.

• 
  Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ features — Product Configuration, Pricing Rules, Quote Templates, Approvals, and Renewals.

• 
  Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning environment and familiarity with Salesforce data model.

• 
  Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, defect tracking, and use of test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, ALM).

• 
  Knowledge of APEX testing or Salesforce APIs is an added advantage.

• 
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.

• 
  Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
