Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) with accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align strategies and drive conversions. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, preferably in IT consulting or enterprise solution services. Strong understanding of Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow ecosystems and their business applications. Experience working with staff augmentation and project-based delivery models. Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus), and email marketing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in international lead generation (US, Canada, Europe) is highly desirable.
