We are seeking skilled and experienced Salesforce Developers with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. The ideal candidates will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom LWC components to enhance user experience in Salesforce Lightning.
• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes for business logic.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Work with Salesforce Admins and Architects to implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• Assist in deployments using CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Proficient in Apex development (classes, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, batch jobs).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Version Control, and Deployment Tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to integration patterns and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and modern web development practices.
