Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist Location: Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level:3 to 5 years Industry: IT Consulting / Enterprise Solutions Target Markets: International & Domestic Job Summary: Philodesign Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience generating qualified leads in the domains of Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow, with a strong understanding of both project-based engagements and staff augmentation models. This is a target-oriented role that requires a proactive mindset, market intelligence, and a passion for driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects in both international and domestic markets. Identify potential clients for Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow services across project delivery and staff augmentation needs. Use various tools (CRM, email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.) to reach out to decision-makers and generate interest. Qualify leads through discovery calls, understanding client requirements, and mapping them to our service offerings. Maintain and update lead data in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) with accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align strategies and drive conversions. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, preferably in IT consulting or enterprise solution services. Strong understanding of Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow ecosystems and their business applications. Experience working with staff augmentation and project-based delivery models. Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus), and email marketing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Experience in international lead generation (US, Canada, Europe) is highly desirable. Nice to Have: Prior experience working in a consulting firm or a services-based company. Knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.
