Lead Generation Specialist

I run a growing web development agency called Pixels and Grids (pxlsgrds). We specialize in building high-quality websites and web apps (Next.js, MERN, API integrations, dashboards, etc.) for businesses worldwide.

I’m looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR who can help me fill my calendar with qualified sales meetings. I will personally handle the sales calls and conversions — your only job is to get people on a call with me.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Research and find qualified leads (via LinkedIn, Apollo, Clutch, Upwork, etc.)

Perform cold outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, or other channels

Book meetings using my Calendly link or similar tool

Follow up regularly and manage a basic lead tracker (Notion/Excel/CRM)

Keep no-show rates low through reminders

🔹 Ideal Candidate:

Has experience generating leads for digital/web agencies

Understands how to target startups, small businesses, or SaaS founders

Fluent in English with clear communication

Knows tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar

Reliable, proactive, and outcome-focused

100+ outreach messages per day

10+ qualified replies per week

5–10 meetings booked per week

🔹 Budget & Payment:

Start with a fixed monthly fee + performance bonus per call booked

OR pay-per-meeting model (e.g., $X per qualified meeting)

Open to long-term collaboration if results are good
