 JOB TITLE: Application Engineer  LOCATION: Chennai / Coimbatore  Experience: 0 to 4yrs Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) Roles & Responsibilities Troubleshooting and problem solving in engineering application. Conduct standard & customized product presentation The ability to understand the needs of our customers and to work closely with them and others in our extensive technical support team to present solutions to meet client needs. The ability to work with our customer base across a wide range of industries providing proactive advice and exceptional customer service. Build strong relations with end users, technical/operation managers. Conduct after sales product training to customers. Provide technical contents & ideas for marketing materials. Provide timely email, phone, remote access, on site technical support. Keep abreast of software & hardware technology. Document and develop technical support knowledge base and m aterials. Other duties assignment assigned by the Company. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical (preferred) Have min 1 year of SOLIDWORKS experience Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to take ownership and responsibility for assigned duties. Customer oriented. Comfortable in holding and meeting business goals, KPIs, etc. Be positive and have high energy level. Be an excellent communicator in active listening, speaking, and writing. Confident & professional in presenting to live audiences. Database Management: Create and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of potential and existing leads. Ensure the integrity and relevance of data through regular updates and quality checks. Tele-Calling Campaigns: Execute targeted tele-calling campaigns to generate fresh inquiries and follow up on existing leads. Engage with prospects to identify their needs and generate interest in our products and services. MIS Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports on lead generation activities, including campaign performance and conversion metrics. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to provide follow-up support for their campaigns. Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness. Customer Interaction: Engage with existing customers to identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Collaboration: Work closely with the SolidWorks marketing team to plan, report, and analyze lead generation efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and improve results.
