Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and motivated

Salesforce Developer

to join our growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful Salesforce projects and collaborate across teams to build scalable solutions and integrations. You will be at the forefront of

custom development and business automation

that drives real results.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Build declarative solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, etc.
Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Partner with Salesforce Admins, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, following Salesforce best practices and design patterns
Support Unit, QA, and UAT testing cycles, troubleshoot bugs and optimize performance
Maintain detailed technical documentation for custom developments and integrations
Contribute to release management using Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend new features to improve business processes

What We’re Looking For

4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder is a plus
Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator Certifications required
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration (Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows)
Proven experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
