About the Role:

Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain candidate records and track recruitment progress.
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
