About the Role:

Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and timelines.
Maintain candidate records and track recruitment progress.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

1–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
