About the Role

Machine Learning Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning models
for production applications.
Build and optimize
end-to-end ML pipelines
using
PySpark
and
MLflow
.
Work with structured & unstructured data using
Pandas, NumPy,
and other libraries.
Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using
Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
.
Integrate and experiment with
LLMs (GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.)
.
Collaborate closely with
data engineers, product managers, and developers
.
Monitor and improve
model accuracy, reliability, and performance
.
Ensure reproducibility and proper versioning of ML experiments using
MLflow
.

Required Skills

Strong programming expertise in
Python
.
Solid understanding of
ML algorithms, model development, and evaluation
.
Hands-on experience with
PySpark
for large-scale data processing.
Proficient in
MLflow
for tracking experiments and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of
Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
.
Familiarity/experience with
LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
.
Good understanding of
MLOps principles
and best practices for deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s
degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
Exposure to
cloud ML platforms
(AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork
skills.
