Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to align with business requirements.
Design, develop, and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.
Provide end-user training, create documentation, and deliver ongoing system support.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within the PSA platform.

Technical Skills Required:

Hands-on experience with
Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules
.
Strong understanding of
project management, resource management, and billing workflows
in PSA.
Proven expertise in
workflow automation
within the Certinia ecosystem.
Knowledge of
Salesforce platform basics
(configuration, customization, reporting).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
