Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Certinia PSA (FinancialForce PSA) to meet business requirements.

• Develop and optimize workflows to automate PSA processes and improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.

• Integrate Certinia PSA with other enterprise applications and systems.

• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues in the PSA platform.

Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA / FinancialForce PSA modules.

• Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows in PSA.

• Expertise in workflow automation within the Certinia ecosystem.

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics, including configuration and customization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
