Role Overview

Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as

    Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Performance, and Recruiting

    .
  • Conduct requirement analysis, gap-fit assessment, and design tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain

    Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards

    .
  • Build and manage integrations/interfaces using

    HDL, HCM Data Loader, REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver

    RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions)

    components.
  • Provide

    end-user training, knowledge transfer, and production support

    .
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues in a timely manner.


Required Skills & Experience

Mid-Level Consultant:

  • 4–7 years

    of experience with

    Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in at least

    2–3 HCM modules

    .
  • Strong technical skills in

    HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and HDL

    .
  • Experience in

    1–2 full-cycle Fusion HCM implementations

    .

Senior Consultant (Preferred):

  • 7+ years

    of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
  • Deep functional and technical expertise across multiple HCM modules.
  • Proven track record of leading implementations and providing end-to-end solution ownership.
