Strong Enterprise Risk management and regulatory and insurance policies domain knowledge needed Years of Experience: 7 - 10 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consulting. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive business solutions and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows. Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of solutions. Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consulting. Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with project management methodologies. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience in CRM implementation and optimization. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools. Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud. Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
