Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agile methodologies to serve as both a Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and remove impediments to team success.
• Have an admin level understanding of Salesforce and be able to find information in Salesforce.
• Excellent communicator, be able to run meetings, talk to BRMs, business, IT team as required to get desired information
• Well versed with MS word, Power point and Excel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as a BA or consultant.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) with hands-on Agile experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
