Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To test the existing functionality and new Implementation in SFDC
Understanding the queries and complaints of various touch points and resolving queries
Improve reporting standards by including inferences, highlights and caution
Making Training Documents for End users Salesforce onboarding. Also assisting them with there query while using application.
New project data points inputs and uploads in SFDC .
In order to Go-live in SFDC, coordination with different stake holders
Create and schedule report across designated areas in pre-sales, sales, marketing, site sales and vertical teams
Ensure real time tracking and adequate notification across identified areas such as CIF filling, revisits, new CP Walkin, sourcing manager tagging
Generate and publish Compliance report across designated areas in the selling process
